STREET TEAM SIGNUP FORM

Thank you for your interest in signing up for the street team dedicated to Jenn Hype! Before you fill out the form, please read the requirements and perks listed here:

* Each street team member is required to remain active to remain a part of the street team. The minimum to be considered 'active' would be to promote in some fashion at least once a week, whether it be sharing a post or entering a banner contest, etc.

* Street team members who average at least one share per day (or seven per week) will have early access to exclusive perks such as; ARCs, swag, signed paperbacks, etc.

* It is REQUIRED that each street teamer has read ALL of Jenn Hype's books. To represent Jenn, you have to have an understanding of her writing and what her books are about. All opinions voiced should be honest and unbiased.

I also understand that at any time I may voluntarily leave the street team, and that my involvement may be terminated at the discretion of Jenn Hype or admin in the event that I do not follow guidelines and/or violate the terms.
